When you send a package to a customer, your name and address appear nowhere. The customer only sees Intimates as the sender.

How to do it

1. Pack the item neutrally, with nothing that shows who you are.
2. Write the recipient as shown in the order.
3. Write this as the sender:
   Intimates
   Postboks 11
   1319 Bekkestua
4. Send the package as usual.

Important

• Never write your own name or address on the package.
• Do not include receipts, business cards or anything else with information about you.
